We provide automated receptionist services powered by artificial intelligence technology, including but not limited to:

Call answering and routing

Appointment scheduling

Message taking and delivery

Basic customer inquiry handling

Call screening and filtering

Voicemail transcription

Integration with client business systems

2.2 Service Availability

Services are provided 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance and technical limitations. We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Account Setup

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Business accounts must be established by authorized representatives.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

Services may only be used for legitimate business purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for:

Illegal activities or purposes

Harassment, abuse, or threatening communications

Call recordings and related data are retained according to our data retention policy and applicable legal requirements. You may request data deletion subject to legal and operational constraints.

When you connect third-party services (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.), you authorize us to access and process data from these services as necessary to provide our Services.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Billing

Service fees are based on your selected plan and usage. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified. Detailed pricing is available on our website.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during account setup. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

6.3 Late Payments

Overdue accounts may result in service suspension or termination. Late fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.

Refunds are generally not provided for prepaid services. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for service failures or billing errors.

7. Service Level Agreement

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our AI technology, software, algorithms, and proprietary systems. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

8.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide our Services.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our AI Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our Services.

9.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

9.4 Emergency Situations

Our Services are not designed for emergency communications. You remain responsible for ensuring appropriate emergency response procedures.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons with appropriate notice.

Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and we may delete your data according to our retention policies.

12. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Services are provided in compliance with applicable telecommunications, privacy, and business regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with industry-specific requirements.

12.2 Call Recording Laws

You are responsible for complying with call recording laws and obtaining necessary consents. We provide tools to assist with compliance but do not guarantee legal compliance.

If you use our Services internationally, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

 

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.
